Quotation

Following your consultation, we will give you a detailed, free-of-charge quote on company letterhead. The costs on the quote will be listed per item, branding, and delivery, and there will be no hidden charges.

Artwork Submission

Please send us the required logo or branding artwork in vector format (EPS, AI, or PDF with fonts outlined). This will guarantee the highest image quality during the layout process.

Visual Mock-Up

We will create a professional virtual mock-up of your chosen hat with your branding on it so you can see it before we produce it. This is a complimentary service that allows you to preview the final product.

Confirmation & Payment

We will send you a formal invoice when you agree to the mock-up. Payment must be made before production unless our service mates have confirmed other agreements.

Production & Delivery

Productions are usually made immediately following payment. Our dependable logistics partners will deliver the items two weeks later. In the event of an urgent need, we can organise express services instead. For more info, check out our Production & Delivery page.

Samples Available

If you feel it’s necessary to decide first about the item you’re about to buy, we can send you samples. Contact the salesperson and specify which samples are required.
