How Do I Place an Order?

How Do I Submit My Logo or Artwork?

Upload your artwork in EPS, PDF, or high-resolution JPEG format. We can handle the conversion and file preparation if file formats are not your forte. We are strict about the optimum logo, which is a key prerequisite for the vibrant outcome of our fabrics.

Can I Place a Bulk Order?

Of course, our company is a bulk purchase specialist. We will deliver high-volume requests with competitive costs and constant quality if you require the ordered items for corporate events, uniforms, promotions, or giveaways.

Can I get a sample before making a large order?

We give out free sample hats so you can investigate the product's quality, size, and material. If you need branded sample options, contact our sales team, who will provide the information.

What Is the Difference Between Structured and Unstructured Caps?

Standard Orders: Printing is the default processing and delivery time, approximately 2 weeks after the final artwork is approved.
Express Orders: Delivery is possible within 48 hours for urgent tasks, where the conditions apply.

Do You Ship Across Australia?

We can deliver to every corner of Australia, including NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, NT, and ACT.

What If My Order Is Damaged During Shipping?
