Virtual Mock-Ups & Sample Caps

Designing custom caps should not be a matter of hit-and-miss. Hence, we have precise and reliable visual options to guide you when giving your final approval for the order.
We offer two ways to preview your order:
- Get your virtual mock-ups to see your design before it gets to the production stage
- Ordering sample caps, either unbranded or branded, to have a closer look at the product
These two options can assure you of the result before continuing.
Virtual Mock-Ups
Our virtual mock-up service is a free, no-commitment method of testing your company's logo or artwork on the chosen cap model before production.
What you'll receive:
- One digitally-visualised, crystal clear visual, depicting your logo on your favoured cap
- Made by our creative team
- Sent to your email directly, which is usually done within 1–2 office hours
Why it matters:
- You can check the logo's position, dimensions, and colour contrasts.
- No chances of alignment or colour mismatches
- Doing this lets you easily ask for modifications before completion and final approval.
This is the simplest and most economical way of getting a visual confirmation before entering embroidery or printing.
We will happily edit the mock-up if some alterations are required until it meets your satisfaction.
Sample Caps
For those clients who would rather evaluate caps in person, we have a couple of sample options depending on the type of your order and your requirements.
Unbranded Sample Cap
If you are unsure about a hat's fit, shape, or material quality, or want to see the whole design concept before embarking on the branding process, unbranded sampling is the perfect choice.
- It can be obtained upon request.
- It is free of cost. You only bear the cost of shipping.
- A small charge per additional unit might be imposed if you ask for multiple styles.
- A refund of cap charges (shipping is non-refundable) is possible if a new condition sample is returned.
Branded Sample Cap (Pre-Production)
Upon request for a bulk order, we can make available a completely branded sample that is no different from the original. As a rule, you can get a cap with your logo and the final design specified.
- Available by request in the order process if needed
- Guarantees the full embroidery or printing of your logo on your chosen cap
- Check placement, colour, stitching, and the general appearance
- Initial setup and a per-unit sample fee need to be paid
This choice is suggested when the number of units ordered is over 1000 and when a physical sample is still needed before production can start at full scale.
