- Once you have some ideas, give us a call or email us
- Our experienced and professional sales staff will talk you through your options. So that we can accurately calculate delivery costs, please let them know where you are located in Australia, whether you need a rush delivery or are arranging a bulk order.
- Our staff will email you an obligation-free quote under our letterhead.
- If you wish to proceed, send us an electronic copy of your logo, or whichever branded artwork you would like emblazoned on a cap. We accept designs in EPS, AI or PDF format with vectorised outlines.
- Our talented graphic designer will create -- free of charge -- a virtual mockup. This is a high-quality image showing what your chosen hat will look like once it has been branded with your logo.
- If this mock-up meets your approval, an invoice will be sent to you. Payment is in advance of production unless another arrangement has been agreed upon.
- Your caps go into production. Our speedy delivery contractors will get the hats to your door, with a standard turnaround time of two weeks.
